"Lovely clothes staff not very helpful"
"Went in for some maternity clothes for my lady and unfortunately maternity stuff is hard to come by on the high street now. However the girl that was in the store (from Stafford store originally) was immensely helpful. Going around the shop with me to help me find things that would work. Not had customer service like that for a looong time. Absolutely brilliant, wish I’d got her name for recognition but thankyou so much to her and the other young girl on shift too. Really friendly, not judgemental and just really took the stress out of it for me."
"The staff at the shop were great, but the customer services is a complete joke ! First an email receipt is sent to someone else's email and you are charged twice for an online order. Shop else where if you may need customer services."
