"When I first moved in the flat it was filthy. Couldn’t move in properly until it they partly (poorly) cleaned it days later. In the middle of winter I told them the window doesn’t shut, nothing done about this for weeks until I call again begging them to do something. 3 months after moving in, I’m informed that I’m being evicted so the flat can be sold. They send a surveyor around to value the flat but he breaks the lock and leaves. I come home from work, cannot get in, call Peterkins who are shut but have a voicemail which suggests leaving a message if it is an emergency. Absolutely no good to me who is now homeless for the night. Extremely disappointed by Peterkins, would not recommend to anyone."
