"Went to buy a bracelet a few weeks ago. The person was nice and sorted me out with a new one. Brought it on the 19/11/22 and on the 29/11/12 it broke. I took it back today 3/12/22 to have it repaired. The man who sits behind the counter on the right was very rude and basically said I had tampered with it. I’d never tamper with it and he’s charging £10 to fix something that shouldn’t have broken. I didn’t appreciate being spoken to in the way he spoke to me. I’ll be looking elsewhere from now on."

"Took my ring to have a stone put in when picked it up they had replaced it but had lost another stone.. they fixed it again to for it to drop out after a couple of days called up was told to bring it back wasn’t to happy over how I was spoken to.. took it back bloke who sits behind counter was stupidly rude and arrogant! I have to travel a fare way for them to mess it up twice! After the customer service and theyve shown I’ll go elsewhere went with the intention to also buy earrings and a bangle but I’d rather not now staff need customer service training massively don’t understand how some people can be so rude I wouldn’t even rate the guy one star!"

"After experiencing one resize take a month a gave this one a month before I went in , they told me still not been done. A member of staff handled this great but a rather large waisted man with glasses for the second time spent no time in trying to be rude . Disappointing"

"Excellent!! After visiting 4 different jewellers, I was told my ring couldn't be fixed. Courtland antiques listened to my needs, pointed out damage that I had missed and promised to take good care of it. 2 cracks in the band Badly out of shape Missing stones I collected today and it looks better than it did brand new. To other people it's just a piece of jewellery, to me it's part of me and it's been brought back to life. Fabulous service from the 2 members of staff, great price and excellent workmanship. "I come here all the time, the lady’s are amazing. I had my diamond cross plated today and they did an amazing job. Always friendly. Thought I lost my cash but later found it in my bag. They have a good range and they are able to fix jewellery quite fast and good price."
