"Took our cat Toby for his boosters this morning. It was easy to park outside the practice. Once inside it was an inviting experience. The vet and nurse were both very friendly and treated Toby well and resolved a minor problem prior to giving him his vaccinations. Toby was still happy after his treatment If he is happy, so am I! In and out without any fuss."
"We are on a run of being regulars at the vets at the moment. Pet practice have been wonderful since we joined, we cannot fault them. Our dog has very bad separation anxiety and Rachel has been invaluable at getting us on a plan and helping. We were a little nervous when our dog had to be put under for a minor paw op given her anxiety but the staff took such great care of her and accommodated her needs so our dog was perfectly happy when we collected her. We cannot recommend highly enough, the care and expertise has been consistently high, it is obvious all the staff really care about the animals and there is a real kindness."
