"Popular pub that is right next to the old town Strongs brewery. Good selection of beers, friendly and helpful staff and Landlady Sharon."
"Lovely friendly pub. Sunday roast ?β¦β¦. Oooh yeees, again, please ! Delicious."
"Small pub but still homely and with a good range."
"Really friendly staff, a nice pub to visit, a small garden at the back, but very delightful."
"My first visit and on the spur of the moment, really didn't expect to get a table (only allowed outside these days) but we did! Nice little courtyard out the back which is partly covered, we couldn't get in that bit but it was dry so no problem. Wine was good, sensible price, and food was okay. The baguette was tasty, I had the tuna melt which was hot and yummy, chips were not the best not sure how they were cooked but not homemade style maybe oven. I ate them though - come on they are chips! Staff were really good, covid safe and all in all a good experience."
