"I sent all the documents they asked for, they took 11 days to answer me that I would need a guarantor, on the same day I sent the guarantors' data, they held my process until the 15th day to refuse my guarantors who are a couple, they work more than 1 year In Amazon, the rent adds up to more than 50,000 pounds a year, they kept my deposit and they don't want to return it to me saying that I gave up renting the property, when in fact they and whoever gave up renting me. I do not recommend it, you apply, send the documents and in the end they refuse you and do not return your money and one detail they never said that if they fail you, they will not return the money. 0 for professionalism"
