"Miserable experience . Went to have my flu jab . Appt made over the phone . When I arrived I was told I had been cancelled . I stood my ground and said I did not cancel my appt . Saw with my own eyes that a sticker had been put over my name . The assistant was a really miserable old woman with no customer service at all . When she took my details she huffed and puffed . No smiles , nothing to make a customer feel welcome . The pharmacy felt really unwelcoming . The pharmacist was really miserable to . Will never go back ."
