"I'd hoped that the new layout of the pharmacy might have helped with the queueing system. I was disappointed and waited in line for medication that I was told was ready for collection 5 days earlier. There must be a way of helping people who are very unwell avoid standing in a queue for over 20 minutes."
"On Monday the 17th May I went to collect my transplant medicine that the Renal have ordered for me a week ago , I have join the Qfor 15 minutes The laide over the counter said medicine is here but not ready so she give me a ticket number 50 and I waited 40 minutes I seat down on waiting area after I was called on screen medicine ready at 10.26am so I have walk to the door this man was waiting , he went in and then I went to the end counter the laide told me to get out one person of the time so I went out stayed by the door she said excuse me you have to go on Q to collect my medicine that I always collect the same way , and was another 8 people on que again , so o decided to go home because I’m a key worker and was totally unacceptable the way I was treated , plus I’m a kidney transplant plant patient I shouldn’t be left there that long when my medicine was ordered one week ago , plus I will speak with Lloyds pharmacy Manager about this ,patients should be treated the wright manner they already have they illnesses to stress about not to stress about they medicine that should be to help them leave a better life thank you"
