"They hardly ever answer the phone .when they do half the time they just hang up. It's like they can't be bothered to answer at all. . Even when.its an important call about medications and prescriptions. They just dont give a toss. Put the phone down regardless. It took me from 9am to 10am and when they finally answered they put the bloody receiver down before I got to even speak . Disgusting behaviour from them ."
"The pharmacist who is usually on duty is very pleasant and helpful and most of the staff are too... It can get very busy, especially with the Goldenhill Medical Centre next door, but which pharmacy doesn't get busy at times?"
"Just left there, and for the first time ever in 3 years the lady in the counter, blonde and petite size was incredibly rude to me, and served people in my front wile my 2 month baby was crying. She's not the usual staff there, and the usual staff is great. But I hopper I'm not served anymore by this lady. I do believe she's racist... SONIA SILVA"
