"I know medical and pharmacy staff are under a good deal of pressure at the moment, but I don't believe that gives one staff member in particular the right to be sarcastic and have a go at a customer which happened to me this morning while queuing on crutches with a fractured ankle. I had been asked what I wanted only to be told you will have to bear with us. so I waited, then was asked again, I made my request about grandson's 1st birthday balloon, which had been ordered and paid for last Friday and was told I was creating and there was a pandemic on don't you know. Other members of the public with me were appalled."
