"Got given the wrong prescription and then refused a refund. I recently just visited one of the stores pharmacy to collect a prescription. I got given my prescription in a white bag and paid £9.00 for it. When I got home I opened the white paper bag and realised that they had given me a very old prescription From 2 months ago, an item that I don’t need. I went back to the store to get a refund and they said that I cannot receive a refund because the product has left the building. Now I’ve ran out of money and cannot afford to get the actual prescription that I went into collect. The person serving me did not mention anything about 2 different prescriptions. Only on my return she mentioned to me that the new prescription isn’t ready yet. She should’ve told me there was 2 prescriptions and which one I needed. Absolute poor quality service. Order from boots instead more knowledgeable staff with better service."

Personally speaking i would not go anywhere else. They work so hard and very often are not appreciated for what they do in that Chemist. Brilliant."
"I was accosted by a member of staff for using the car park even though I regularly pick up prescriptions from them. He was so rude a right little Hitler. I tried explaining I would be collecting a prescription but he told me to move my car. I moved my car but I will also be removing my repeat prescription to another chemist. Treat your customers with more respect. I will also be removing my friends repeat prescription from you."
