"Disappointed in the huge drop in customer service !!!!! Stood In line with my goods, then placed on the counter when it was my turn to be served ! But the staff proceeded to serve the Girl behind which is fine but the rest of the staff choose to ignore me ! But seemed to have time to chit chat with the other customer ! A simple acknowledgement would of been all would take to stop me from walking out."
"I have to say this was the first time a British person was able to pronounce my last name right (I'm French) when I picked up my medicine on one occasion. I once got there in a really bad state after returning from the GP, I was barely able to speak and standing on my feet. I remember only being able to stutter words that I mixed up with French words as I was very ill. The lady was extremely polite and patient making sure I wouldn't feel embarassed by the situation. I will be unbiased in my marking and take off one star only because it took Boots months to solve some leaking from the roof and I didn't like being served in a place where you could see tarp everywhere to prevent a flood... However I still consider this particular Boots a very remarkable place to get your medicine and advice when you need them."
