"My car went in for a minor repair 6th February 2023 with an estimated completion date of 14th February 2023. Yes you've guessed it's still there and no one answers the phone and the online portal has not been updated. I only pray the repair is better than the absolutely abysmal customer service received. I only wished I had read the reviews before taking it here, I should have paid the extra £250 on the premium to send it to an independent repair garage other than the insurance recommended one. I would not recommend you use this place, shocking. Sorry you can not send without giving a star. Only saving grace is I have one of their cars."
"If I could give this garage a 0 rating I would, do NOT trust this company with your vehicle. My insurance company booked my car into this garage to repair a minor dent on the roof. My car was then returned in the dark in appalling condition. The front seat which is cream leather was black with grime and to make matters worse in the morning light I discovered both front alloys have severe scratches and chunks taken out of them. In short my car is now in worse condition than when it was left in their care. If I was able to upload photos on this review I would share the damage this garage has caused. Having tried 10 times to contact the garage Friday afternoon I was unsuccessful and now need to wait until Monday to try and get hold of them. I am utterly disgusted in the service provided and warn anybody to think twice before using them."
"Having had repairs done from someone crashing into my drivers side, I have found several problems. Firstly when I collected my car, I found a scratch on the boot which was not there when I dropped it off. It was agreed that Prestige were at fault and was told I would receive a call the following week for this to be sorted. Never had this call. I found on the back seat, the runner which hadn’t been put back on. Again I contacted you and heard nothing back. My doors don’t seem to be lined up correctly and the paint work is patchy. I understand you had some staffing issues at the time and couldn’t get my car back in immediately but I am disappointed that I’ve not heard back from you. I have tried calling countless times but the phone just rings and cuts out."
"Absolutely awful to deal with, zero communications, was meant to receive a hire car after 9 days of chasing the insurance company hired one from enterprise and compensated us, any time I called nobody picked up and it went to a central team who took a message and said they would get dreading manager to call back, after 3-4 times escalating still nothing. Would not let a car go there again"
"Absolutely disgusting customer service. Just awful!! You can’t even contact them properly. So difficult to get through on the phone. My car was transferred to Prestige Auto Repair via my insurance company Admiral. My car was collected by Prestige around the 18th of July 2022 and then they finally returned it to me on the 28th of October. They constantly lied about the completion date and gave me the full run around. If I had not written a complaint letter to Admiral I doubt I would have ever received my car back. If I could I would give them zero stars. They don’t even deserve one! They just keep making excuses. They just kept on extending the completion date and then make feeble excuses like it’s a manufacturers problem. Always a new excuse. They made me worry so much about my car and they don’t bother to contact you (only texts stating false completion dates). You have to chase it up. I had to contact Admiral continuously as they kept on lying about the completion date. When my car finally did come back the workmanship was of a very poor quality. You can’t close the boot. It just doesn’t shut! The aerial was also missing. The only good thing they did for me was sort out the MOT quickly. Jason sorted out the MOT quickly and I paid the £55 but to be honest I should not have considering they took so long to return my car. My car MOT ran out as they kept it for so many months. I’m still fuming that I have a car that has a boot that I can’t shut. I received no apology from them. Please please do not use them you will only regret it. Saika"
