"The driver over charged me and when I rang the office they denied I was a customer and said it was my loss, never use this taxi base... The taxi picked me up from the hospital, it had your plate on the side."
"Rude and horrible to disabled people. Wouldn't get the ramp out for wheelchairs then moaned because it took too long to get people in the car. Over charged us £6 then told us it was because we had a wheelchair. Absolutely disgusting"
"Called a taxi from Burton hospital after being on the stroke ward. Was quoted £20 to my home. Driver refused to drop me to my address instead dropped me to the train station leaving me to walk the rest of the way home!! Was disgusted.. called the base and the man on the phone who quoted me to £20 was laughing like it was funny. If anything had happened on my walk home I would be taking them to court now. Will never recommend or use this service again and have reported them to the hospital. Disgusting people!"
"So I tried to book a taxi through their website from Midway to Burton train station (£9 on their fares list on their website). I called up to confirm it had gone through, I was told it can take up to 15 hours. I asked if I could book it on the phone as I wanted the taxi the next day. I gave my address and was told 'you're better off ringing your local taxi firm up'!! Don't advertise in my area if you're going to turn it down when I try and book."
