"Did not have a good experience with this company. After a 8 hour shift from work I was dropped at a total wrong place that was 10 miles away from the address I gave them, still got charged £50 for a location I didn’t want to end up at. Had a drink with me which the driver was not happy about and got told to not spill it, well don’t use your own car for taxi service then. Using his phone whilst driving as well and going 15 mph over the speed limit. Got quoted the £50 to drop me off at my house but instead got dropped off somewhere I didn’t know at all and said it wasn’t his fault. His words were ‘the postcode takes you the long way but the address takes you the right way’ well obviously not! Also because it was the wrong place and it was my last £50 I had to walk 3 hours home when I am 6 months pregnant with twins after an 8 hour shift. His name was naim and his registration number was NR12 AJA in a silver Mercedes."
"After a night out my daughter called Alpine taxis for a lift home, later she found her phone was missing. Calling Alpine her phone had been found, after checking she was the owner she was allowed to collect it . She was dealt with great curtesy, refusing any reward. It goes without saying she will always be a customer"
"Worst taxi experience I’ve ever had. Car was knackered to the point where it could only do 40mph on National Speed limit roads, so it took ages. Driver didn’t know where he was going, was late arriving and didn’t seem to be able to drive properly (couple of near misses). At the end of it all I was charged £40 - for a journey that usually costs £25. Bad experience all round."
