"Terrible. 10 minutes late, which wouldn't be a big deal but I booked it a half hour in advance to avoid that & was 10 mins late picking my son uo from school (had to get him from the front office - embarrassing! !) - and the driver was unsympathetic & drove like an absolute crazy man, surprised we didn't get in an accident. I would NEVER call this cab service again or have my son in their cars. Can't believe I even paid for it. Next!"
