"I personally have used this center as single father and as it was court ordered I found myself coming into contact with pretty much all of the staff as we was having supervised sessions. I had many fears previously and no prior knowledge of what to expect. However upon using this service, not only was they the most factual and accurately able to monitor the sessions giving truthful reports. After the sessions ended, and them being after a extended period of no access, I would find myself emotional shattered and in many case close to tears after saying goodbye. The words of comfort they provided me in these time will forever stay with me. The staff are incredible in the fact the can provide support from all angles and if I have ever come across a service which was 5*. Every single member of staff of this contact centre has achieved this."

"Thank you so much for reconnecting my children with there father. It was with a heavy heart to use this route, however I was reassured by all the staff and there professionalism. I feel throughout, my childrens voices were heard and any concerns were listened too. "Edit after response from the "owner". For your own child sake do not use this place, they have no clue how to read a child. They take everything a 6 year old says as it being true including when the child isn't showing distress but say they are scared. Try to speak with cafcass as they have far better options that are also free. In the event they are unable to help you due to lack of funding (my reason for using voice of the child) do avoid this place at all costs."
