"I never leave reviews, but felt compelled to do so after an amazing experience I had today with Jasmine from Burger King, Wokingham. She is the ultimate model employee that you want representing your company. Not only was she friendly and efficient, but she really went above and beyond in all aspects to personalize the experience and provide the best customer service. It was so refreshingly unexpected and I was so impressed that I asked her if she was the manager, to which she told me she was still in college. If she's not the manager, she needs to be. At the very least, she deserves a huge raise. She's a gem and BK is lucky to have her."

"What a wonderful place to dine with friends and family members. The staffs and managers are rather happy to help the customers. Although they are very busy but always happy to put customers on their first priority. I am a regular customer of this place and really enjoy the service. Although I found their washroom sometimes dirty but it is fine as they are really busy. I would recommend Wokingham burger king to have a dine in with friends and families."

"Kiosks do not work, not a single digital menu will stay on long enough to give the customer time to pick what they want. Server was very friendly and helpful. State of the food was just embarrassing. See for yourself."

"I normally order here because this is the only fast food chain in Wokingham that is near to my house, and the staffs are very friendly to me and my kids. Every time we come there they already knew what will I get which makes my life easier. I don’t understand why other customers blames the staff about the cleanliness even though they are the one who left their rubbish like a 2yr old child. I encountered a lot of “Karen” at this store which the Managers handles it correctly yet the other customer is still trying to prove their point even though it was their fault. I understand about them struggling especially when they are lack of staff during busy hours. They get exhausted from work due to the busy day and I remembered when the young lady which is their Manager told me that sometimes they couldn’t go to their breaks because they need to team up to finish their job during busy hours and it pressures them when rude customers complains over small issue. I noticed that that store is a mess, but I can’t blame the staffs because they are more focus on the customer and how will they be able to serve the customers with the right orders. The Manager told her staff to clean the dining because she notice how messy it was and she continues her work. Working in a fast food is hard especially in that store because it’s too small to move around for them yet they can still manage. Not all Burger King are the same, not all of it has the burger or ice cream that you’ve asked for, so just accept the fact that they won’t be able to serve you what they don’t have. I salute all the workers at that store for doing their job right and making us feel special even thay have to sacrifice and endure the rude comments that they get from others. We can’t wait for that store to open again."

"Very friendly staff, but felt the food was a little on the Downside, felt like the food was made earlier and was left waiting for someone to take it. The drive thru road is absolutely ripped and it needs relaying. Bright side great staff and very help. Will try again at some time, i would say partially recommended"
