"Previous owners were rude. Thought I would give the new owners a try. Ordered 2 burger meals: must have been some sort of confusion as they probably thought I was a child due to my height (despite having a beard) - I paid full price for kids size portions (13 chips - yes, I counted them!). They even rationed the toppings in the burger! Reviews suggest you should order pizzas from here."

"To cut a long story short, I ordered my pizza and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes and ready for collation. 1 1/2 hours later still no pizza, tried to cancel the order but the shop refused to give my money back.The service is terrible so best try somewhere else. After walking back in for the 3rd time to ask for my money back a I had to make a scene, eventually he gave me back part of the money and still no pizza. Don’t use these guys."
"Horrible customer service. One guy tried to give me chips he had just literally spilled on the floor and asked me to pay if I wanted another one then after I practically begged for another box of chips I asked for sauce and they said I’d have to pay for that too. They were very dismissive and were not concerned about the situation they even made jokes in their native language in front of me, presumably about what had just took place. Disgusting hygiene and horrible service. Definitely would not recommend."
