"Liars and thieves. Stole our money paid as holding deposit and took an active action of ignoring any emails from us requesting some kind of coherent response as to why. Chased for four days and no reply, only replied when we initiated formal complaint procedure as they had to provide contact details for team/branch leader in accordance to their complaints process who is the same person that ignored the emails and any communication requests. That same person is the one who we tried to get a reply from. This is going to be interesting. This will be ongoing and will post any updates. Do not consider using or trusting them. Utterly irresponsible, unprofessional and in breach of letting agents code of practice on multiple paragraphs. Well deserved 1 star rating."
