"Unfortunately I am tied into a contract but disappointed with the service. We expected more from a small independent agent. No estate agent should accept an offer from the seller, tell the buyer the offer was accepted to then inform the buyer the next morning a higher offer was put in and they need to submit sealed bids the next working day without the seller knowing anything!!!! But fully aware the buyer and seller would be meeting that morning which then caused embarrassment and awkwardness! But apparently that was the sellers fault as they decided to do their own viewings. Poor customer service with little empathy. I do not think I am mistaken in thinking the agent acts on behalf of the seller and they should have been the first person they contacted when another offer was put in to ask how they wish to move forward."
