"Less than 1 star!!!! Trophy suppliers and Scentsy consultants are easy to come by so do yourself a favour and go elsewhere for better customer service. Agree 100% with Jenny Carver, "company director" Sharon was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Item I ordered was incredibly slow to be posted, when queried, Sharon was incredibly unhelpful and simply referred me to Royal Mail. Once item finally arrived it was completely the wrong thing and didn't even work! I advised Sharon of this to which she responded, yet again, with an extremely hostile, rude and aggressive attitude and was told that due to "my attitude" I just had to send the item back - which is exactly what I wanted to do anyway! I sent the item back tracked, once I saw the item had arrived I emailed and asked for my refund. I had to email 3 times over 3 days asking for my money back, each time I was ignored and therefore my refund refused! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! No doubt Sharon will just pretend she doesn't recognise me as a customer as she did with Jenny Carver in order to discredit my review."

"I've been using this supplier for at least five years, purchasing medals and trophies etc. for the British Quiz Association and International Qizzing Association, and have ALWAYS found them to be most helpful and pleasant, and, equally important, very reliable. On more than one occasion Awardboard have gone the 'extra mile' to get me what I need in good time. Indeed, they've been more helpful than I have dserved at times (i.e. when I've left it a bit late getting in touch with them). I would not hesitate to recommend them."
