"Called up at 22.10, was told a cab would be with us in 20-25 minutes. 35 minutes later I chased, had a snappy "yeah it's coming" reply, was told another 15 minutes. 20 minutes later I get a call from the driver saying he's just got the job and will be with us in 20 minutes. Appreciate it's a Saturday night but that's not an excuse for the operator to lie to customers. If it's going to be an hour tell me it will be an hour."
"DO NOT USE I ordered a taxi for a wait and return trip, the journey there was good the driver seemed nice and we had a little chat. He asked me for the fare upfront when we got to the place for the stop I didnt have all of it luckily I said I needed a fiver change he said dont worry just give me the 10 pounds which I did as a sign of good faith. I was less than two minutes he literally had turned around saw me come back k out of my friends house then drove off. Bare in mind I had left some of my stuff in the car. He drove around the corner and pulled over so me and my four year old son tried jogging up to him as we got close he pulled away again, he did this three seperate times each time we got close he would pull away again After that I went back to my friends house to call up the company to find out what the hell was going on I was then told that the driver had left me as I was longer than 15 minutes which was a flat out lie as i had three witnesses to say how long i was. Then i said well send him back as i had already paid most of my fare upfront and had left some stuff in the car he said call back in 10 minutes and then hung up. I called back to be told the same lie again that the driver said i was over 15 minutes and that also i hadn't left anything in the car and also that they was busy and refused to even send anybody else. Now even if I was longer which I was not it was a wait and return job for which I had given 75% of the fare upfront, he left me stranded with a 4 year old at quarter to nine at night and robbed my stuff even though it was only a strawberry milkshake and a lucozade that isn't the point. I then after calling another company to get home call up again to ask for the drivers cab licence number as I wanted to make a complaint and they flat out refused to give it to me. Now I was a regular of this company so god knows how they treat people that aren't. So they have now lost a regular customer forever I am making a complaint to the council and the police and also going to put this story on facebook and tell all my friends and family to never use this company again"
"Overcharged when we were dropped off, you get an automated receipt emailed to you and when I called up to ask why I paid more than the receipt stated I was told they would send me an "updated" receipt. Not a bad service, but definitely some dodgy dealings going on. Not the first time I've been overcharged when paying cash either."
