"One of the worst experienced that I ever had with the green metro cars. There was an incident which just happened on the 24/03/2023 they charged us Extra money for 6 seaters car for £65 which they agreed for £50 for 2 languages & 2 hand language ( 2 passengers) at Heathrow Terminal. Secondly the driver was very rude called Abdul Farhan for giving them the wrong information complaining for no space available for languages I mean literally the way I see it there was one space available for one hand language. Therefore never ever booking on this website again a complete rip off."

"Booked a taxi, making sure I told them that it was to get a specific bus that I had to get, and they still didn’t turn up. I called twice to check where it was and they just kept saying it’s dispatched. Missed my bus; very late for work, and had to walk in the rain which is very unsafe at that hour as a young woman. Won’t use again or recommend to anyone - will continue to use Ace cars instead who are very reliable but unfortunately on this day were booked up."

"Never use this taxi service absolutely the worst experience I’ve had Using a taxi company driver very late he was rude car smelt like a dumpster not clean either I tried to pay by card when I arrived at the destination and his card machine wasn’t working So he said he would drive me back to withdraw cash I refused because he had already made me late atm was another 10 minutes so 20 minutes there and back to the place I was supposed to go so then he locked me in the car started screaming outside his car window for someone to call police while beeping his horn then started driving like a maniac was so un professional and wasn’t trying to sort the situation out in a respectful way"

"Booked and paid in advance for wheelchair accessible transport to and from the Crematorium in Reading and back home. Telephoned days and day before to confirm the vehicle would arrive on time and everything in place. Was assured all was in hand. On the day of the funeral my brother was left 25 minutes sitting in a wheelchair in the freezing cold on the pavement waiting for the taxi to turn up to take him to his wife’s funeral. We were fobbed off from the moment I called to see where the taxi was and I can assure you I called many times!!, “will be there in 2 minutes” “it’s just around the corner” “it’s on Wokingham Road” “it’s on its way” the excuses were endless. We were upset enough that we were dealing with the funeral of my Sister in Law, this just made an already fraught and upsetting day a hundred times worse. Thank you GREEN METRO CAR for that. We got to the Crematorium after the coffin arrived and had to be hurried in, which was very undignified as they are on a tight time system. We paid £40 each way (2.7 miles) for this deplorable service and did not receive an apology or anything else from the company. I would not use them again and would never recommend them. I have to say the driver was amazing, very pleasant, polite courteous and extremely helpful-thank you to him."

"We’ve used this company for many years but progressively the quality of drivers have got worse and worse especially when being picked up at the airport. They’re never there waiting for you and tonight is the final straw. No communication whatsoever from the company/driver to let us know he’s on his way. Didn’t help with even pushing the luggage trolley. We were going to pay with card so he could’ve easily paid for the parking and we would have settled it with him once we got home instead he started shouting at my husband about it so I got angry and he turned round and said we can get someone else. He knew where he’d parked the car so would’ve been helpful if he led the way but oh no. They’ve lost a good customer as we shall never use them again. The man was obnoxiously rude."
