"Over charged me by so much money! I was only in the taxi for 5 minutes! I don't know how they sleep at night knowing they're doing this. Called the company and told me my taxi driver overcharged me and I got 5 pound credit, which isn't going to be used because I don't feel comfortable getting in their car anymore, and even if I did use them again how does the company know I have 5 pound credit? Shouldn't I get a written email or something? And plus they didn't apologise what so ever."
