"Picked us up after the rewind festival Henley on Thames. Extremely busy night as no trains running and many people needing taxis. We needed a taxi back to Reading and I was able to book in advance. Our taxi was late picking us up (understandable under the circumstances of the night) but the driver contacted to explain and gave us estimated time he would arrive and also described taxi to look out for. When the driver arrived he rang me which helped as other people who were also waiting for taxis tried to jump in. He said he always does this in order to get the right passengers. I must say it was a lovely drive back to the hotel, the driver was very friendly and polite.. I was given a price at booking and this was the price we paid at the end of our journey.. We used the same service the next night and taxi was very prompt..again a very polite, chatty driver.. I would definitely recommend this company and would use their services again in the future."

"Please do not use this service. I booked the taxi for two drops and agreed on a price in advance (12 pounds and 55 pounds) and a car model (Mercedes). The drivers asked me to pay different prices (15 pounds and 60 pounds) and different car models (vauxhall). I was shocked, along with the two taxi drivers. I urge you not to use it in reading or anywhere else."

"Great experience! Booked with them to get to the London Gatwick airport very early in the morning. Confirmed the next day and the booking was all good. The morning of they showed up exactly on time and the driver was kind and polite, we felt safe getting to the airport."

"Used the free phone from inside Tesco to call a cab, which I’d done too many times to count before. Ended up stood outside for 1 hour waiting for taxi driver ( who was lovely) called back several times to ask where taxi was as my mobile was dying. Taxi operator was incompetent, patronising and a complete liar. He kept saying it will be 5 mins. Called the company again a few hours later and spoke to Micky who is a owner and he agreed it wasn’t on and would look into it. I would avoid this company at all cost"

"I booked a taxi to Reading station to get myself to the airport, and the service was truly awful. I booked a taxi for 8:30am, and despite numerous calls it didn't arrive till past 8:50am. The gentleman on the phone was incredibly rude and callous and told me that there's 'no point being on the phone with me because the driver is right outside and they're probably rying to ring me'- despite me standing outside the address for a further 10 minutes following this phonecall. He also somehow managed to put the blame onto me, by saying that I'd booked the taxi for between 8:30 and 8:40am - which is not what their confirmation text said, and the taxi still would've been significantly late even if that was the case. Despite all of this, when the taxi did finally arrive, I had an extremely kind and understanding driver who managed to get me to the station with 2 minutes to spare. Very grateful to him, and he went above and beyond. It shouldn't need to be this stressful to get taxi for the agreed, confirmed time and you certainly shouldn't be made to feel as though you're in the wrong. I will sadly never use this company again"
