"Had to go from Finchwood Park to Camberley, barely 6 miles. Driver was late and when we arrived at the destination, I almost died when informed that the fare for a 6 mile journey was £28. Called the office to check and was told that that was the price. Do not use this company, even if desperate!"

"I pre booked a taxi with over an hours notice to pick me up from the train station, once i arrived i was told that my pre booked taxi had picked up another customer and i needed to wait 5 min, 25 mins later my taxi still hadn't arrived and i was told that i would have to wait yet another 10 min. once the driver called me he was extremely rude and entitled telling me that he was 'doing me a favour' as he was the only taxi driver out working for that company at that time, the driver then told me he was on his way to the wrong address and when i corrected him he told me to get over it or he would hang up on me, he then hung up on me and blocked my number. I then had to walk home as they had wasted my time for so long no other taxi company were picking up new customers as it was at this point 12, midnight. When i ran the company a few days later and spoke to the manager Khalid to complain i was told that they dont take pre bookings from stations so they wouldn't do anything to make it right not even to apologise. At NO point did he apologise or even sound like this was a unusual occurrence, he was aggressive and argumentative from the start, constantly speaking over me and refusing to listen to what i was saying. Khalid (the manager) told me he wouldn't keep explaining and again hung up on me and told me if i run back i would get blocked. This was the worst taxi company that iv ever dealt with i have never had any problems in the past with any other taxi company and was so shocked by their lack of professionalism as i am i young girl i feel they took advantage and treated me badly as i am young. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"

"Such a poor service! I’m certainly not calling them again. I was carrying a luggage and the driver didn’t even made the offer to help. Did not move a finger! Let alone the fact that I am a woman and that’s not exactly what I call a gentleman, but even if I was a man I would have expected at least the slight effort to help, particularly because it was a huge luggage . Then I had to pay by card and didn’t get a card receipt....I guess the company operates based on trust but customers shouldn’t need to take the approach . At least offer to give a receipt! I’ll have to check my statement next."

"Used twice, late both times. Provided contact number in case of any issued nobody rang either time. Was told I shouldn't book through their email even though the booking was made that way, due to them not writing things down properly and the office cannot cope. Driver was not apologetic for being 12nins late, blamed the office and said they were terrible, told me about another messed up journey yesterday. Whilst in the car the radio didn't stop, they'd lost journeys because they took 4 bookings at the same time, plus the lady waiting for my cab after me was also late due to the knock on effect - she was told to wait. Terrible!"
