"I had to return my E-Bike which had failed. Online Customer Services had been pretty poor for 7 weeks so I just turned up at the Southampton branch with bike. I live on Isle of Wight so had to book a ferry. Kieran immediately took a look, found the fault and said it would be sorted (with the help of the branch manager). Can't overstate how brilliant the service was. No hassle, courteous, polite, informative. Thanks Kieran (and the branch manager) for an awesome experience. My faith restored!"

"Huge place! They literally do almost everything you need for a camping trip! It's so spacious! There is tents pitched outside so you can view and go inside to see how big they are. There is a massive clothes selection. Definitely the biggest selection of clothes for a GoOutdoors shop (I've visited a few). Great prices as usual! Great location as there is a few more shops and food takeout places too!"
