"Travelled there from Bournemouth yesterday to exchange my Nikes Air Force ones that were a gift and were faulty. The manager Adam was so helpful and attentive. Loads of hurdles such as not having the right product code, not having the original card it was purchased on and no longer in stock. Adam overcame all the issues and resolved things for me. Couldn’t of asked for a better customer experience."
