"What a lovely B&B. We recently stayed for 2 nights, enjoyed excellent breakfasts, comfort, cleanliness, quiet, (apart from the early morning rooster!), and a most accommodating host, Julie. We had a pool table in our room! (ask Julie, she'll explain). There's very little that Julie doesn't know about the surrounding area, so ask her!"
"Recently had a two night stay to attend a wedding in the local area. What a wonderful stay! A stunning location. The room and bathroom was immaculate. The bed that comfy I struggled to get out of it! Julie was such a lovely friendly host, she even offered to drive us to the wedding and pick up. The breakfast was yummy! Would definitely recommend."
"Booked quite short notice just a week before a trip to Alton, arrived very late as we drove from London. Price very reasonable, Julie was so helpful and a delight, recommended us where to eat late, helped us with directions and parking - and although we didn't need breakfast and left early she was still up and available to see us off and give water and snacks. The room and bathroom was large and spotless, bed very comfortable and the area was peaceful. Would definitely stay again if doing another similar trip to avoid extortionate costs of chain hotels with less personable service. Thanks Julie!"
"We stayed for one night whilst attending a wedding at a nearby venue and the propierter Julie was the nicest and most helpful person you could wish to meet, she kindly offered to take us to our venue and also to pick us up, of which she did even accommodating the fact we asked her to change our pick up time. The room and bathroom were excellent bedding immaculate I would definitely stay again should I be in that area ."
