"Booked an appointment for eye test and diabetic eye screening test and received a text message off Specsavers confirming the appointment. When I arrived for the appointment was told there had been a diary mix up and would have to come back. I asked why I wasn't contacted with this information, the receptionist said they had left me a voice mail,totally untrue. Is this the new way of treating customers of 30 years plus? Perhaps it's time to change opticians"
