"My husband &I had an appointment with here today(01/10/22).We arrived on time the receptionist said that they were running late & could we come back in 10-15 minutes. When we returned, we were told that the clinic had been cancelled ,due to the non-appearance of the opterametrist. It cost us £17,50 to get there as we are elderly & can't walk far. I consider this shabby & unprofessional behaviour. Not worthy of support."
"Booked on appointment with this opticians back in September and had to wait until November for an appointment. Fair enough, I waited but then on the day got told they were behind by half an hour and I agreed to wait to then come back and be turned away and that I’d have to wait another month for another appointment. Been rang and cancelled on again so I have gone to spec savers instead. Absolute shocking service."
