"Visited today to ask for a repair on my sons glasses. The staff were very rude and one lady in particular gave me a really dirty look after explaining that the repair would cost me. All the staff were stood around chatting to each other instead helping me another women comes back and said. that they now can't be repaird ..u will have to pay for a new pair at the cost ov 69 pounds .I was made to feel uncomfortable and frustrated I asked for the prescription and left..i will not be going back again....I went Specsavers witch were absolutely brilliant and repaird them within 2 minutes and also helped me pick a new spare pair for free... go to Specsavers"
"Too many staff dawdling around nattering instead of seeing to waiting patients, appointments run late, and no one ever answers the phone. Work dress/uniform on some incredibly scruffy."

"Quality aftercare twice my old specs the wire snapped after dropping (oops) and staff very quickly repaired for no cost. So returned for eye test recently.. Nov 2021 and had excellent service.. potentially a bit more help choosing frames would have been better but I found a very nice pair so very happy. Thank you."
