"The apartment was beautiful. Very clean and modern. Welcome pack was much appreciated after a long flight and then an hours drive from Heathrow. We checked in out of business hours and everything went smoothly. The only thing that caused concern was the height of the bathtub to step in and out with no handrails to assist for a more mature aged person (me!)."
