"Dont bother going to this surgery about mental health get mindfulness writen on a post it note and antibiotics for a bad chest!!!! Absolute joke was a family member not me but thanks for making them feel unheard after they had worked themselves up all morning just to make an appointment knowing deep down this is what you would do! Once in a blue moon they need the doctors and this is what happens no wonder people suffer in silence !"
"Called today to book appointment to have bloods done. Receptionist was very professional, pleasant and explained fully the procedure. Thank you."
"I’m usually really happy with this surgery. However when I called today to try and get an appointment, with symptoms which could be indicative of breast cancer (I don’t think it is, but wanted it checked as a precaution), I was told to wait for a call back. 6 hours later, I was told (third hand) to take paracetamol and call back if it got worse. When we’re all told to go to your GP as soon as you suspect anything, to assist early diagnosis, and take the pressure off the NHS, and you do just that, then get this response….. it does rather knock your confidence in your surgery….."
"Awful service, unfortunately I can not score minus figures. After battling with receptionists, who are not medically trained, I finally get an appointment. 16.10. Still waiting at 17.00 and, after, another person complained. The receptionist casually informs us the doctor is 2 hours behind. This is one of many issues, we, as a family, have had with this surgery over the years being with them. Changing doctors first thing tomorrow."
"I don’t use this surgery but i have been in the waiting room to see someone else and i have to say that the way the reception staff speak to patients is wholly unacceptable. Zero compassion. Zero manners. I saw a lady complain that she had been waiting over 90 minutes for her appointment which is disgusting in itself and the mouthful she got from the ‘lady’ at reception was shocking. No apology or support just basically sit down and shut up attitude. I would never ever register with them. Reception staff you should be ashamed if yourselves!!!! Appalling people."
