"Fab escape room experience. Staff were brilliant, really friendly. Took time to explain how everything worked, went over health and safety, checked our prior experience and made us feel welcome and comfortable. The story for the room was well told and helped immerse us in the experience. The puzzle itself was great, just the right amount of creepy/jump scares, and full of twists and surprises. Whilst we failed at the last hurdle, we didn't feel hard done to, we actually had more time than we realised. Help was offered when we were having stupid moments but we were left to work out each clue ourselves. Good value for money and would happily go do another room here."
