"Absolutely appalled at this place, my son went on a machine where fit a key in a lock to get a prize; hard to do as you have to be accurate, he’d played it lots and on one go managed to fit the key in the ‘key hole’ to get a Bluetooth speaker, when the key went through it hit the box and the sensor must of thought it hit the keyhole which meant it didn’t turn and came back out without releasing the prize, I went to speak to the man he was rude and when I explained said ‘didn’t happen’ I explained again he wasn’t having any of it, he came to the machine and said it has never not given a prize before, I explained several times what happened but he was having none of it, I asked him to check the cctv camera above us but he just laughed, I said I wouldn’t be making such a fuss if it hadn’t happened and that machine was faulty, he was not interested in the slightest told me to leave, this machine is a total con and my son was left upset due to ‘winning’ a prize which was never delivered."
