"Customer service is ok, but the store owner pricing practices are very sketchy. On bottled beer there is no prices and when it comes to pay it turnes out that you have to pay £13 for 5 items. They do not give a proper vat receipt with every items on it, just total receipt from payment terminal. If it is Premier franchise than why they do not use a till from Premier?!"
