"No tills open at about 4pm. Long queues for self service ones. Only 2 staff trying to cover all the self service tills. One looked so flustered and should have retired years ago. Other was little bad tempered woman barking orders at customers. Very disappointing"

"Massive car park with varities of deli counters at the back for pizzas, instore bakery, etc. Got Argos at the back for quick collection, and whole of TU clothing on top floor section. While at entrance got money exchange. Also, got decent amount of self scans, and manned checkout open for quick and easy checkout. Stock availability is very good, so would prefer and recommend to shop inn..."
