"Tried to order online for delivery, the website put it through as collection. 40 minute round trip to pick up cold pizza as the website also defaulted to a more distant shop. Gluten free pizza was badly topped and bad tasting. PJ's complaints team seemed disinterested in being helpful and the only request they actioned quickly was to remove my data from their system, I'll assume because its easier to was their hands of the problem than fix things."
