"The restaurant should be more clear on the food they are selling, if i ask for a chicken omlette i’m not expecting chips and side salad and cheese in my omlette. I’m expecting chicken and egg? am i wrong to think so. This mistake meant a family member couldn’t eat their food because they are in fact extremely lactose intolerant! I don’t dislike this restaurant i actually order regularly but it meant i wasted money, and yes i know i can make my own omlette but i’ve ordered for one online? therefore my order should be correct."
