"Every single member of staff we met from the first receptionist that checked us in, to the bar staff that served our evening meals and the amazing waiter that was there for breakfast was lovely, friendly and so helpful. We we're made so very welcome, the children were always entertained with the play area, colouring and the lovely breakfast waiter who went out of his way for us both mornings despite being rushed off his feet. The restaurant was incredible, our daughter has numerous allergies that was taken very seriously and catered to to perfection. The food was delicious. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. What a wonderful time!"
"We have stayed here before and the staff are always helpful and the rooms pretty much as expected. We were put a long way from reception even though we stated that out son was in a wheelchair. The only real gripe this time was the lack of control over a group of Asian guests who were acting like 12yr olds late evening and spoiling others stay. The guy at reception did ask them to keep it down once but to no avail. Please have staff on who aren't afraid to confront idiots who think their idea of fun should be enjoyed by "normal" guests."
"We've stayed here twice now, and have never been disappointed. The rooms are beautiful and clean, well ventilated and the staff are incredible. They can't do enough for you. Breakfast was amazing. Both continental and cooked breakfast on offer, and the front of house staff were amazing . Kid friendly, and very welcoming.would definitely recommend to anyone."
"Had a brilliant time at the hotel, room was clean staff was friendly. Can't recommend the breakfast enough! Great spread but Soloman was amazing!! Excellent with the kids couldn't thank him enough, had the kids in fits think it was the best breakfast we have had out ever! Such a credit to the team! Lucky to have him! Will be coming back :)"
"We visited this hotel as a family. We loved it. We highly recommend it. The lobby/foyer is spacious and clean. Staff are helpful. Our bed was super comfy. Housekeeping is great. Our room was clean and spacious as well. Breakfast - 8.5 out of 10. It was hot, delicious and well prepared. The Danish pastries are super delicious. For the price we paid, I think it was a bargain. We hope to stay at another Holiday Inn in the coming weeks."
