"An excellent location for an excellent outlet that is skyways a desirable place to do the shopping. Staffs are polite and helpful. There’s a free and ample parking on the site that is well looked after and kept clean. The access and exit from the car park is a bit windy and narrow but that’s a plus. It definitely keeps the drivers in check and forces them to make a slow and safe approach!"
"What I like with this Waitrose, is that the shelves are always extremely well ordered. Polite staff and complemented by an excellent cafeteria with a choice of drinks, cold and hot food. There are always plenty of parking spaces. But when coming from Reading, the traffic on Oxford Road has to be considered. There are good and bad days when it comes to that."
