"Would give no stars if I could. Completely terrible excuse for customer service. Having bought an item as a gift it was immediately clear it was faulty so contacted customer service to arrange a return. After two weeks of chasing emails and calls (numbers didn't work), I finally received a response. Some complete nonsense about not being able to offer a refund in full, that the item had to go back to the manufacturer. Over 5 weeks later, constant chasing this useless company, we finally received a refund. Avoid at all costs and if you do buy from them, use a credit card!"

They would not send me a returns label so i can get a refund. Never use this company. If you have a problem, you are sure to be out of pocket."
