"The company had what we needed. However, there was little to no clarity as to the final cost. We asked how much a plank of hardwood was going to cost us machined and planed. We were told about £19-£20. Then there was an argument on whether the plank could be prepared while we waited; the cashier said it would take up to two days and the workshop guy said ten minutes. Fortunately for us the workshop guy won the argument. After the work was done I went to pay. I then discovered that the hardwood plank was going to cost £90.00 plus.... I paid and took my plank home."
