"I will definitely never come back. Staff just tries to make everything more difficult! I am doing some building work in my house and had to pop up quickly to buy something that is missing. When I went to pay, the man over the counter was texting on his phone, so I had to wait. When he decided to acknowledge me, he asked for my ID. Whilst I think it is important to do ID check, I am 37 years old and very clearly don't look like 25. He didn't accept a photo of my driving licence on my phone. He has just tried to make my life more difficult for his own amusement with total lack of common sense."

"It is small but convenient place, however if there ever was an award for most unhelpful staff they could easily get it. Every time you ask something the answer is "maybe we sold out"- even if the website shows in stock, "it is somewhere" or "sorry can't help". Today there was single check out opened and long queue as the rest of personnel was too busy wandering around."
