"Made an appointment for a valuation and ticked the box asking not to be contacted by phone or email. They then proceeded to bombard me with multiple calls in the run up to my visit. Arrived to find a only banner for We Buy Any Car outside what looks to be a derelict office building. Did a couple of laps round the car park and couldn't see anyone there. Was about to leave when a man appeared, complaining that I was late. I then informed him that I was taking my wife's car in for a valuation, and that she would return with the relevant paperwork later if we chose to sell the car. He then told me to leave, saying only "Cheerio then" because I wasn't the registered keeper. I got in the car to leave and he seemed perplexed, asking why I was leaving. Completely and utterly bizarre...."
