Car in for service ,rang up at 3.30 and was told it was ready, when we got there all the paperwork was mixed with someone else,s and the car was missing. I wasn't given a list of things they recommended I get done, which was a pleasant surprise. It is a relatively small outlet but it is part of a larger group. That said I didn't feel they were doing me a favour, like some local 'premium' brands, who try to sell you more than you need. In terms of cost I can't comment yet, this was a warranty issue and free map update. I would expect them to be competitive, we will see."
