"I had been coming to this garage for well over a decade and never had an issue before now and had always been happy with service, work and pricing. Unfortunately, the big guy who works behind the counter comes across as really arrogant and a bit of a know-it-all - seemingly thinking he is the only person in the world with any mechanical knowledge on cars, scoffing when I suggested the cause for an issue I was having with my car. I was also advised during the MOT to have new wipers blades and brake discs & pads fitted, despite having had these replaced with brand new ones the week before! Needless to say, I have now taken my business elsewhere and I would advise others to be wary of this garage."
