"Avoid Avoid Avoid. Update: June 2022 - Used this guy for rear brakes change at the end of Feb 2022. After he had left, I contacted him as the brakes were making a grinding noise. After 17 attempts via phone and numerous text messages, this guy made three appointments which were all a no-show. Then he said that he was unwell at the last appointment and was on a holiday straight after that. Eventually he turned up in early June after 11 weeks of chasing. He then cane over and had one visual glance at the brakes and said that there might be a manufacturers defect on the discs. He told me to drive around at 30-40 miles an hour with the handbrake on in order to "even" and "bed in" the brakes. Then fobbed me off saying that the calipers may need cleaning without even looking at them. Took the car to a local garage for the brakes to be checked and they found that the disc had not been installed correctly and was vibrating when the vehicle was in motion. February 2022 - Brilliant guy. Very punctual, Great service."

"Neil has been looking after my cars for years now. He is the only person I would trust. He is honest, reliable and although he runs a business he does not do work which is unnecessary. An example of this is recently my mot flagged up my discs needed replacing as a advisory so I asked Neil to do this along with an oil change which was due. When he came out he advised me that I have about 6 months left on my brakes and discs and asked me what I wanted to do. He could of quite easily done it and taken my money and I would be none the wiser. Not many people this honest about anymore. He is always fairly priced and it's convenient as he will come to you and fix whilst at home or work. Neil has always been polite, helpful and professional every time he has been out to either service or fix my vehicles. Will always continue to use as long as he keeps going."
